The International Centre for Eyecare Education (ICEE) will soon be awarded a Certificate of Merit in recognition of outstanding achievement in the effective implementation of eye care activities contributing to the Prevention of Blindness Programme in Vietnam. The award will be presented by the Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology during the National Ophthalmology Conference, held in the province of Ba Ria Vung Tau in October this year.
