This submission responds to consultation questions about the current price limits for therapy supports, the category under which many blindness and low vision services fall. It notes differences between the market for disability-specific supports and other more generalist therapies, as well as other environmental factors increasing the cost of therapy supports in the NDIA context. It also recommends changes to pricing for assistive technology, ore innovative approaches to group supports and clarification for participants of travel charges.
