Vision 2020 Australia considers it critical that the Australian Government lead by example and demonstrate their commitment to diversity by implementing a package of measures, including an overall target of seven per cent for people with disability, including people who are blind or vision impaired, employed in the Australian Public Service workforce to be achieved within the next five years (2018-2023).
