This week, we launched our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) at the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Eye Health Conference in Larrakia Country.
This is a first and milestone step towards our commitment to reconciliation and reducing current inequities in eye health and vision for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. We want to become an ally that supports and amplifies Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples voices.
As part of the launch Vision 2020 Australia Chair The Hon Christopher Pyne sent a recorded message which was well received by delegates.
